Strategic Property & Development Consultancy
From acquisition to delivery - we navigate legal, commercial, and design complexity to unlock hidden value.
Operating at the intersection of property, design and commercial strategy, we offer end-to-end consultancy across acquisitions, planning, refurbishment and development. Our approach is hands-on, commercially driven and legally aware, with a deep understanding of how to navigate complex buildings, stakeholders and timelines. From working with lenders and freeholders to advising landlords, asset managers and private clients, we bring clarity, pace and value to every stage of the process - whether repositioning a single unit or delivering a full-scale transformation.
Our experience covers a wide spectrum of property projects - from commercial fit-outs and leasehold acquisitions to complex refurbishments and development-led repositioning. We’ve worked alongside leading architectural practices and specialist contractors to transform residential, office, retail and mixed-use spaces for clients with exacting standards. This breadth gives us the insight to anticipate challenges early, navigate technical and legal complexity, and ensure each project delivers on both design intent and commercial performance.
Broadwick House, Soho
We managed the end-to-end delivery of Copper’s headquarters inside Richard Rogers’s Broadwick House in Soho - from property search and lease negotiation through to design briefing, contractor oversight, and project handover.
Now widely recognised as one of the most impressive workplace fit-outs in recent years, the project has won multiple design awards and been featured in Dezeen, Mix Interiors, and the darc awards.
Curzon Street, Mayfair
We delivered a highly efficient, brand-led workspace for a financial startup in Mayfair - managing tight spatial constraints, lease restrictions, and craned deliveries, all under a strict budget. Completed during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the project transformed just 2,000 sq ft into a fully functioning HQ with boardrooms, war rooms, call booths, and breakout zones.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
