Broadwick House, Soho
Client: Copper Technologies
Location: Broadwick Street, Soho, London
Scope: Acquisition Advisory, Design Management, Fit-Out Oversight, Project Delivery
Following the review of multiple properties, we advised Copper on the selection of Broadwick House and led negotiations on rent and agent fees. Once the site was secured, we managed the entire project lifecycle - from creating the design brief and appointing architects and contractors, to coordinating the Cat-A handover, resolving programme delays, and maintaining timeline discipline throughout.
Our remit extended into legal coordination, cost consultancy negotiation, planning engagement, stakeholder management, and full oversight of site and design meetings. We also supported audio-visual and furniture specification, procurement and installation, ensuring alignment between aesthetic ambition and operational functionality.
The result is a highly acclaimed workspace that reimagines the traditional financial services environment - bridging classic banking vernacular with the modern confidence of a leading crypto innovator. Designed by Universal Design Studio and delivered by ThirdWay, the project has been widely celebrated as one of the most impressive workplace fit-outs of recent years.
