Client: Confidential (Startup Financial Services Firm)

Location: 17a Curzon Street, Mayfair, London

Scope: Project Management, Design Oversight, Fit-Out Delivery

This project involved the complete design and delivery of a new London base for a startup financial services company - a compact 2,000 sq ft space in the heart of Mayfair, delivered during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Operating under strict lease constraints and a highly limited budget, our role was to extract maximum functionality from a modest footprint while navigating a tight programme and challenging delivery conditions. The brief required the space to accommodate a full spectrum of working environments - including formal boardrooms, high-intensity war rooms, acoustic call booths, and relaxed breakout zones - all within brand guidelines and without compromise to quality.

The logistical complexity of the site demanded close coordination with landlords, neighbours, and local authorities. Access was limited and required craning large furniture items into the building via hoist - timed precisely around narrow street permissions and Mayfair’s strict delivery windows.

We led the appointment of the full delivery team, managed costs and procurement, chaired weekly design meetings, and oversaw compliance and programme control throughout - ensuring the space was delivered on time, on brand, and on budget during one of the most operationally challenging periods in recent memory.
